The U-S Department of Defense has announced special operations forces in Afghanistan have uncovered an arms stash along with other goods.
Pentagon officials said today (Monday) that soldiers patrolling near the village of Deh Rawod (in Uruzgan province) on Sunday found a half-meter-long airplane model of a seven-fifty-seven Air China jet, along with a Pakistani border-crossing stamp device.
Officials also say forces near (the eastern border city of) Khost found lap-top computers, weapons, Osama bin Laden propaganda, passports and other documents.
No further details about the discoveries were available.
