A new group of 28 prisoners from Afghanistan has arrived at the U-S naval base in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
Today's (Thursday's) flight was the first transport of prisoners to arrive at the base in more than two weeks. Construction crews have been working to expand the capacity of Camp X-Ray, the outdoor prison camp where the alleged Taleban and al-Qaida fighters are being held.
The new arrivals bring the total number of Afghan detainees at the camp to 186.
